Starting Equipment Empty Starting Equipment

A player character may start with equipment that makes sense for their concept, skills and resources at time of creation. This is up to ST approval and interpretation. Items that are artifacts, or specific items of legend will be denied. Keep the requests simple and you'll probably be able to have it, see page 515 for item creation rules.
